SUMOTrong những ngày cuối tháng 9 vừa qua, bão số 10 (Bualoi) đã đổ bộ vào miền Trung nước ta, gây mưa to, gió mạnh trên diện rộng, làm hàng trăm nghìn hộ dân bị ảnh hưởng, hàng chục nghìn héc-ta hoa màu và chuồng trại chăn nuôi bị ngập úng, tốc mái. Thiệt hại nặng nề về người và tài sản một lần nữa gióng lên hồi chuông cảnh báo về mức độ khốc liệt của thiên tai, đặc biệt trong mùa mưa bão cao điểm. Trong bối cảnh đó, việc chủ động áp dụng các phương pháp đảm bảo an toàn cho vật nuôi không chỉ giúp giảm thiểu rủi ro thiệt hại mà còn góp phần ổn định đời sống và sản xuất của bà con nông hộ.
Thực tế cho thấy, mỗi đợt bão đi qua đều để lại những hậu quả nặng nề cho ngành chăn nuôi, từ chuồng trại hư hỏng, nguồn thức ăn bị ẩm mốc cho đến nguy cơ dịch bệnh bùng phát. Chính vì vậy, bên cạnh việc phòng chống thiên tai cho gia đình, bà con cần quan tâm nhiều hơn đến việc bảo vệ đàn vật nuôi. Những biện pháp thiết thực và kịp thời sẽ giúp giảm thiểu thiệt hại, giữ vững năng suất và an toàn cho vật nuôi trong suốt mùa mưa bão.
Thực hiện Chỉ thị số 19/CT-TTg ngày 19/6/2025 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về tăng cường công tác phòng, chống và khắc phục thiệt hại do thiên tai trước mùa mưa bão năm 2025, Chi Cục Chăn nuôi và Thú y khuyến cáo bà con chăn nuôi triển khai đồng bộ các biện pháp bảo vệ đàn vật nuôi như sau:
I. Trước mùa mưa bão
- Theo dõi dự báo thời tiết trên các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng để chủ động biện pháp ứng phó.
- Gia cố chuồng trại: kiểm tra, chằng chống mái bằng nẹp gỗ, sắt, dây kẽm hoặc đặt bao cát, can nước để tránh tốc mái.
- Chăm sóc, tăng sức đề kháng cho vật nuôi:
- Thức ăn: kê cao, che mưa bằng nilon; dự trữ đủ cho ít nhất 15 ngày.
- Nước uống: dự trữ nước sạch; kiểm tra, kiểm tra máy bơm, hệ thống dẫn nước.
- Tiêm phòng đầy đủ vắc xin; tăng cường dinh dưỡng và vitamin.
- Giữ vệ sinh chuồng trại, phun sát trùng định kỳ.
- Hệ thống thoát nước: khai thông cống rãnh, hố chứa chất thải; kiểm tra hố ủ phân, bể lắng, biogas.
- Quản lý đàn vật nuôi: kiểm đếm và xuất bán kịp thời vật nuôi đã đạt trọng lượng.
II. Trong mưa bão, lũ lụt
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra thời tiết, kiểm tra chuồng trại và sức khỏe đàn vật nuôi; sẵn sàng phương án di dời.
- Không tập trung nuôi giữ vật nuôi trên đường giao thông, tránh cản trở cứu hộ và gây ô nhiễm.
- Phòng dịch bệnh:
- Vệ sinh chuồng, dụng cụ chăn nuôi thường xuyên; phun tiêu độc 1–2 lần/tuần.
- Khi nước rút đến đâu, dọn vệ sinh, phun thuốc sát trùng đến đó.
- Vận chuyển vật nuôi phải tuân thủ quy định kiểm dịch.
- Xác vật nuôi chết phải được chôn lấp đúng quy định, tiêu độc, khử trùng để ngăn động vật khác xâm nhập.
III. Sau mưa bão, lũ lụt
- Thức ăn, nước uống: đảm bảo đầy đủ, không sử dụng thức ăn mốc, kém chất lượng. Với gia súc non, già yếu, cần bổ sung khẩu phần dinh dưỡng, vitamin để hồi phục nhanh.
- Vệ sinh môi trường: tổng vệ sinh, khử trùng bằng vôi bột hoặc hóa chất trước khi đưa vật nuôi trở lại chuồng. Các địa phương cần tổ chức thu gom, xử lý xác động vật, khử trùng toàn vùng bị ngập.
- Quản lý dịch bệnh:
- Không chăn thả tại khu vực ô nhiễm.
- Giám sát, phát hiện sớm và báo ngay cho cơ quan thú y khi có dấu hiệu dịch bệnh.
- Tuyệt đối không giết mổ, mua bán động vật ốm, chết; không vứt xác ra môi trường.
- Chôn lấp, tiêu hủy gia súc, gia cầm chết do mưa lũ; phun tiêu độc khử trùng ở vùng ngập úng kéo dài, nguy cơ cao.
- Tái đàn: chỉ thực hiện khi điều kiện môi trường đảm bảo an toàn sinh học; chọn giống có nguồn gốc rõ ràng, được kiểm dịch, tiêm phòng đầy đủ.
- Thực hiện chính sách hỗ trợ: bà con cần tổng hợp số lượng vật nuôi thiệt hại và báo cáo theo Nghị định 09/NĐ-CP ngày 10/01/2025 để được hỗ trợ khôi phục sản xuất.
Chủ động phòng chống và khắc phục hậu quả mưa bão là giải pháp quan trọng để giảm thiểu rủi ro, bảo vệ đàn vật nuôi và sinh kế. Bà con cần nghiêm túc thực hiện các khuyến cáo, phối hợp chặt chẽ với chính quyền và cơ quan thú y địa phương để đảm bảo sản xuất chăn nuôi an toàn – bền vững.
